Is hydrogen water safe?

Yes, Hydrogen water is safe. But let me explore this science with two important facts.

(GRAS means Generally recognized as safe)., wherein it was recommended that molecular hydrogen gas is been safe to consume through any beverages. So according to this source Hydrogen water is safe. But before buying any hydrogen water bottle you have to read Fact No.2
